Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms and conditions of sale are entered into on the one hand by Laboratoire PAPILLON S.A.S, whose registered office is located at 11, rue des Fosses Perières, 28270 Bérou la Mulotière, France, registered with the Chartres Trade and Companies Register under number 852 042 779 00011, hereinafter referred to as “Laboratoire PAPILLON”, and operating the website nathyroid.fr, and on the other hand by any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase via the website nathyroid.fr, hereinafter referred to as “the Buyer”.

Article 1. Purpose

These terms and conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relationship between Laboratoire PAPILLON and the Buyer, as well as the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website www.laboratoire-papillon.com. The purchase of a product through this site implies the Buyer’s unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, which the Buyer acknowledges having read prior to placing an order. Before any transaction, the Buyer declares that the purchase of products on the website www.laboratoire-papillon.com is not directly related to their professional activity and is limited to strictly personal use, and that they have full legal capacity to enter into these terms and conditions.

Laboratoire PAPILLON S.A.S reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions of sale at any time, in order to comply with new regulations or to improve the use of its website. Therefore, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the Buyer’s order.

Article 2. Products

The products offered are those listed on the website www.laboratoire-papillon.com of Laboratoire PAPILLON, subject to availability. Laboratoire PAPILLON reserves the right to modify the product range at any time. Each product is presented on the website with a description detailing its main technical characteristics (capacity, use, composition, etc.). Photographs are as accurate as possible but are not binding on the Seller. The sale of products presented on the website is intended for all Buyers residing in countries that fully authorize the import of such products into their territory.

Article 3. Prices

The prices indicated on the product sheets in the online catalog are in Euros (€), all taxes included (VAT included), based on the VAT rate applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the price of the products.

Laboratoire PAPILLON reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; however, the price listed in the catalog on the day of the order shall be the only one applicable to the Buyer. Prices do not include delivery charges, which are billed in addition to the price of the purchased products depending on the total amount of the order.

In mainland France, shipping is free for any order equal to or greater than €39 (VAT included); for any order below €39, a flat shipping fee of €3 (VAT included) will be charged to the Buyer.

Article 4. Orders and Payment Terms

Before placing an order, the Buyer must create an account on the website www.laboratoire-papillon.com. The account creation section is accessible directly from the side menu bar. During each visit, the Buyer, if they wish to place an order or access their account (order status, profile, etc.), must log in using their credentials.

Laboratoire PAPILLON offers the Buyer the possibility to order and pay for products using the following payment methods:

– Secure payment via PayPal or credit card: the Buyer selects the products they wish to order in the “cart”, modifies them if necessary (quantities, references, etc.), checks the delivery address or enters a new one. Shipping costs are then calculated and presented to the Buyer, along with the name of the carrier. The Buyer then chooses their preferred payment method. The next step allows them to verify all the information, read and accept these terms and conditions by checking the corresponding box, and then confirm the order by clicking on the “Confirm my order” button. Finally, the Buyer is redirected to the secure payment interface to safely enter their PayPal account details or personal credit card information. If the payment is accepted, the order is recorded and the contract is definitively formed.

Payment via PayPal account or credit card is irrevocable. In case of fraudulent use, the Buyer may request the cancellation of the payment, and the amounts paid will be refunded. The cardholder’s liability is not engaged if the disputed payment is proven to have been made fraudulently, remotely, without physical use of the card. To obtain reimbursement of fraudulent charges and any related bank fees, the cardholder must contest the transaction in writing to their bank within 70 days (or up to 120 days depending on the contract). The bank will refund the amounts within one month of receiving the written dispute.

– Payment in 3 installments free of charge via Alma:

  • Laboratoire PAPILLON offers its customers the credit service of Alma for payment of their purchases, subject to acceptance of Alma’s terms and conditions.
  • Any refusal of credit by Alma may result in the cancellation of the order.
  • Any termination of these terms and conditions between the Customer and Laboratoire PAPILLON will result in the termination of the credit agreement between Alma and the Customer.

Confirmation of an order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale and acknowledgment of full understanding thereof. All data provided and the recorded confirmation shall constitute proof of the transaction. If the Buyer has provided an email address, Laboratoire PAPILLON will send confirmation of the order by email.
