You can pay for your order on the online store by credit card (Visa / Mastercard / AMEX, etc.), via PayPal or by check (France only).
You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will then be provided to you. We generally process orders within 48 hours. Delivery times are approximately 5 days. You can track the status of your order in your customer account.
For shipments within France, shipping is free to a pick-up point from €39 (or €49 for Colissimo delivery). Below this amount, a flat fee of €3.55 will be charged for pick-up point delivery or €7.45 for Colissimo.
We also ship internationally. For international orders, shipping is free from €75. Below this amount, a fee of €15.30 will be charged.
Deliveries are made with tracking (the tracking number will be provided when your order is shipped), both in France and internationally.
You have 14 working days from the date of receipt of your order to return it to us (return shipping costs are at your expense), provided that the product has not been opened.

We will issue a refund for your order (excluding initial shipping costs, where applicable) within 30 working days from the date we receive your return, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
If the return is due to a non-compliant product, return shipping costs will be covered by our services.
Our team will reply within 48 hours.
